These terms apply to the use of chindamart.com and the CHINDA MART ingredient ordering service.

Eligibility

The service is available only to stores/branches and merchants authorized by CHINDA MART. Store accounts may be used only by staff the store designates.

Prices and orders

The price is the one calculated by our server when the order is confirmed. Items without a price are bought at the actual market price and reported afterwards. Delivered quantities follow the weight verified on receipt and may differ from the ordered quantity.

Cancellation and returns

Cancellations after the cut-off, returns and quality claims are reviewed case by case by our staff based on receiving evidence.

Payment

Group stores settle on the internal billing cycle; external merchants pay through the channel shown in the system. We do not store your bank card details.

Prohibited use

Do not use another person’s account, do not order without your store’s authorization, and do not use the system in ways that disrupt service to other stores.

We may update these terms; the update date is shown on this page. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
