CHINDA MART is an ingredient ordering and delivery system for our restaurant branches and authorized merchants. This policy explains what we collect, why, and where it is kept.
What we collect
Phone number, contact name, store/branch name, orders and order history, delivery address (if any), and the account identifiers received when you sign in with LINE or Google (such as the LINE user ID, Google account ID and email). We never store your LINE/Google password and we never store bank card details.
How we use it
Only to take orders, purchase, deliver, verify receipt, issue documents and reconcile accounts with your store. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.
LINE / Google sign-in
When you sign in with LINE or Google, we receive only the account identifier and basic profile you consent to, used to link your store account. You can unlink it at any time from the ordering page.
Where and how long
Data is stored on company-managed servers located in Thailand and kept while the store account is active or as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to view, correct or delete your data, or stop using the service, by emailing us at the address below.
